What We're Looking For: 

• Certificate IV in Train Driving – essential for fulfilling role responsibilities.
• Safety-Focused – commitment to safety is non-negotiable.
• Route Knowledge (Highly desirable) familiarity with NSW Safe Working and route qualifications
• Medical Clearance – pass a Category 1 Rail Medical & Musculoskeletal and ongoing drug/alcohol tests.
• First Aid – hold unit HLTAID011 or willingness to obtain
• License & Transportation – valid unrestricted Class C license and reliable transport.
• Flexibility – able to work varied shifts to meet operational demands.
• Work Rights – Australian work rights required for eligibility.
• Police Check with no court disclosable outcomes
