Data Entry Operator

Our world-leading freight forwarding client is currently looking for an experienced Data Entry Operator to join and grow within their team.

The Role
As a Data Entry Operator/Customer Service team member, your responsibilities will involve:

• Data Entry
• Administration work
• Communication with external and internal customers
• Liaising with clients to facilitate their orders
• Tracking shipments
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service

Requirements
In order to establish your career within this position, you will require the following attributes and attitude:

• At least 1 year experience in a data entry/administration position
• Ability to thrive and keep up with a fast paced and high pressure environment
• High attention to detail
• The desire to grow and form a long-term career within the company
• Experience in administration or data entry in a freight forwarding or logistics company highly desirable
• Excellent computer skills
• Positive personalities and attitude
