About the Client
Our client is an Australian steel manufacturing company. They are a leading national supplier of excavation equipment, buckets and other excavation attachments for backhoes and excavators. They are known for their reliability and capacity to deliver high quality excavation equipment.
About the Role:
As a CNC Operator you will set up and operate CNC machines and equipment. On any given day, an operator may unload raw materials, prepare a test run to ensure a machine is working properly and inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Approved trade qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Experience with plasma cutting
- Competent in understanding written work instructions and engineering drawings
- Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team
- A current forklift licence is a requirement
- A strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety.
