Job description
Trojan Recruitment Group are seeking a cleaning supervisor for a casual ongoing role with our client located in Panorama. Successful candidates will be be required to work two days a week (Wednesday and Thursday) with the opportunity to increase hours as available.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Support and supervise staff
- Assist in staff training
- Responsible for completing daily cleaning requirements
- Administration work as required
- National Police Clearance and DCSI
- Well-developed communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Relevant Cleaning experience
- A responsible, positive and empathetic attitude towards people of all abilities
- Demonstrated reliablity and willingness to work
- "Can do" attitude and able to get along well with others
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong safety focus and participate in drug and alcohol testing as required
