Cleaner

About the Role:
The University of Southern Queensland’s Residential Colleges are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaner to join our team in a casual capacity. You must hold a Blue Card or be willing to get one. 

As a Cleaner you will:

• Perform routine and detailed cleaning of student residential areas, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and offices
• Replenish supplies and report maintenance issues as required
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
• Work independently and as part of a supportive team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to obtain a valid Blue Card and Police Check if successful
