About the client:
Our client is a multinational home appliance manufacturer and is currently in need of a full-time Administrator with exceptional customer service skills. This role is located in Hemmant.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Administration Manager and working as part of the Customer Service Team you will be providing key support to customers.
• You will work directly with customers to provide support and address general enquiries. 
• Answering phone calls, inbound and outbound 
• Respond to all enquiries in a proactive manner and ensure that each person receives the information and assistance they require.
• Data Entry
• Direct link to the warehouse and office
• Administration functions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience - essential
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and professional manner
• Strong initiative and demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• MS Office skills at an intermediate level in Word and Excel
• A national Police Check is required for this role.
