We are currently seeking 15 reliable and safety-focused Assembly Workers to join our manufacturing team at Orica’s Helidon site. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-renowned company that plays a key role in the mining and infrastructure industries.

What's on Offer:

• Attractive flat rate:$43.78 p/hr 
• 12-hour Rotating Roster
• 7 shifts per fortnight - great for work/life balance
• Day or night shifts: 8am to 8pm OR 8pm to 8am
• Full training provided - no explosives experience required
• Stable and secure role with a focus on safety and teamwork. 

Your Role Will Include:

• Assembling explosive products and components to strict safety and quality standards
• Following detailed procedures and safety protocols
• Operating basic machinery and equipment
• Working collaboratively in a team environment
• Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

• Proven track record of steady employment
• A strong commitment to safety and following procedures
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, both days and nights
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred but not essential)
• Must pass a pre-employment medical and police check
