Labourer + Forklift Operator - $40.00 to 42.00 p/h

Our client, a market leader in water treatment and chemical distribution in Australia and New Zealand, is looking for an experienced Labourer with Forklift experience to commence on an immediate basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Degas chlorine cylinders using overhead crane 
• Connecting and disconnecting hoses using hand tools
• Filling cylinders and drums with liquid chlorine
• Operating forklift (counterbalance) to move drums/cylinders
• Handling of Class 8 Dangerous Goods and Chemicals
• Manual lifting up to 25kg
• General warehouse duties

Skills and Experience:

• Current LF Licence
• At least 6 months of forklift operating and overhead crane experience 
• At least 6 months experience in a Warehouse/Distribution environment
• A strong focus on safety and able to follow instruction
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Team player and a willingness to learn
• Driver's license and reliable transport
