Welders / Metal Fabricators

About the Role

We are seeking experienced MIG/TIG Welders and Metal Fabricators to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for MIG and TIG welding steel and alloy components in a fast-paced production environment, producing a range of high-quality fabricated products.

You will work alongside a skilled team in a modern workshop, producing products such as handrails, balustrades, structural steel components, metal flooring, platforms, stairs, and custom-fabricated metalwork. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail.

Skills & Experience

• Must have TIG welding experience.
• Experience welding steel and aluminium.
• Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings and fabrication plans.
• Previous experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Reliable, physically fit, and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.
• Own reliable transport.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
