Trojan Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for multiple logistics opportunities with our clients in Minto and Casula. We are seeking motivated candidates for Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator and Transport Allocator positions.
These are casual ongoing roles with temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates.
Available Locations
  • Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinators: Minto (site relocating to Moorebank)
  • Transport Allocators: Casula
Shift Times
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
  • Site is in Minto – please be prepared
  • Coordinate stock transfers, shipments, and interstate deliveries
  • Manage transport bookings and shipping schedules
  • Liaise with production, warehouse, and sales teams regarding stock availability
  • Monitor DIFOT performance and maintain shipment registers
  • Coordinate export shipments and freight forwarders
  • Process credits, RMAs, and stock requirements
  • Support logistics projects and operational improvements
  • Maintain accurate reporting through ERP systems and Excel
Transport Allocation
  • Allocate and coordinate customer deliveries
  • Optimise transport routes and delivery schedules
  • Ensure transport documentation and system transactions are accurate
  • Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, and transport providers
  • Resolve delivery and logistics issues efficiently
  • Generate transport and delivery performance reports
  • Maintain inventory and stock movement records within ERP systems
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience within logistics, transport, supply chain, or allocation roles
  • ERP/SAP system experience highly regarded
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience advantageous
  • Intermediate Excel skills preferred
