Sub Arc Welder

About the Role:

• Sub arc welding on large rotators up to 50T.
• Manufacturing and refurbishment of crushers and crusher components.
• Medium-sized workshop facility in Naval Base, Perth.
• 10/12 hour days  Mon to Friday, weekend work available also – 62 hour week on average.
• Day & night shifts available. 
• Pay rates - Days $45per/hr flat, Nights $52per/hr flat
• Opportunity to go permanent with company after 3 months. 

Skills and Experience:

• Trade Qualification / 1st class Welder
• Experience in sub arc welding on large rotators up to 50T.
• Experience in repair and weld build up on large castings (desirable).
• Recent workshop experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a D&A Screen.
• Current drivers’ licence and reliable transport.
• Current resume with two contactable referees.
