Storeperson with Forklift ticket

Trojan Recruitment Group is currently seeking a Storeperson with a Forklift Licence to join one of Australia's leading garage door manufacturers, with over 60 years of experience designing and manufacturing garage door solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join their busy team, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate must be energetic, enthusiastic, reliable, motivated, and possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

About the Role

• Tasks include assembly, packing, and general labour duties.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Operating Counterbalance, High Reach Forklifts for picking, replenishment and consolidating
• Picking and packing orders accurately to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• RF scanning and basic computer work.
• Ability to work at pace in a team environment.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good understanding of WH&S.

Must be able to pass a Criminal History Check (No Disclosable Court Outcomes) and Drug & Alcohol test.


Key Responsibilities

• Manual handling and general warehouse duties.
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy.
• Production/manufacturing experience highly desirable.
• Must have power tool and hand tool knowledge.
• Valid LF Forklift Licence.
• RF scanning and pick packing experience.
• Ability to meet KPIs.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.
• Must have own reliable transport and driver's licence.
