Job description
Our client located in Melbourne's South East is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of vertical access solutions such as construction hoists, elevators and work platforms.
They are looking to introduce a dedicated and hard-working Spare Parts Coordinator to their team, on a Full-Time basis.

Your day-to-day:
- Assisting the Purchasing & Parts Manager to control, manage and maintain supply of parts required
- Parts inquiries
- Dealing with internal and external customers
- Generating quotes
- Processing orders
- Arranging despatch in a timely and efficient manner
- Generating and sending POs
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Assisting with stock counts
- Experience working as Spare Parts Coordinator, or in a similar role
- Valid LF Licence and recent experience operating a Forklift
- Warehousing & Logistics Cert. is highly desirable
- Comfortable learning the company's ERP system in a timely manner
- Must be able to work comfortably as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Honest, reliable and hardworking
- Must be looking for Full-Time work, Mon-Fri
