Skilled Labourer/ General Hand

Trojan Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a world leader in developing, manufacturing and distributing formwork technology for use in all fields of the construction sector. From a small woodworking workshop to a globally operated formwork company, the company continues to evolve and expand and are currently seeking General Hands to assist within their business.

This position requires you to undergo and pass a pre-employment medical.

Key responsibilities

• Assembly and disassemble of formwork
• Clearing of old form work ready for reuse
• Using tools (hand and power) + pneumatic tools
• Moving materials & equipment, manual handling and operating a forklift
• General site cleaning and ad-hoc task

Skills and experience

• Experience in a similar role
• Forklift Counter balance experience essential
• Reliability
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team
• Strong safety and quality focus
• Hold a current Drivers’ Licence and have own reliable transport
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
