- Initial Day Shift Training, then ongoing training and development

- Drive the focus on quality, productivity & continuous improvement
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn about the anodising & associated processes
- Able to meet production, quality, safety & process objectives.
- You are reliable, punctual & have a sound work ethic
- Have excellent attention to detail, are a problem solver & able to work under pressure
- You have strong written & verbal communication skills
- Be physically fit and eager to assist your team with manual tasks as required
- Be able to pass medical, drug & alcohol testing
- A current and valid forklift licence & first aid certificate is preferred, otherwise a willing to attain these.
