Setter - Moulding

Trojan Recruitment Group has a fantastic opportunity for experienced Die Setters to join leading Electronics manufacturer based in Gepps Cross.

Some key duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Support in maximizing efficiencies, ensuring cost competitive manufacturing processes through Improvement activities are realized.
• Problem Solving
• Provide technical support if required to Technicians, Mechanical and Electrical departments
• Breakdowns and maintenance
• Operating / Setter Moulding Machines

Success in this position will require:

• Certificate IV in Manufacturing Technology, Polymer Processing or similar would be advantageous, however applicants who are “Qualified by Experience” will be seriously considered
• Ability to work autonomously to continue to drive, support change is critical, as is strong communication skills
• Experience with Moulding and Robotics
• Ability to Train / Mentor / Coach other emplyees - New Processes
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• A strong safety focus
• Willing to learn new technologies
