Job description

Our client is a well-established National Maintenance, defit and fitout company who currently servicing all of Australia. As a result of their continued growth they are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with passion and drive to join our Scheduling Team for an immediate start.  

This full time, permanent role is for someone seeking a long term career.
Duties include but not limited to:
  • Efficiently and accurately scheduling daily jobs (Data Entry) & re-scheduling existing/ongoing jobs (via phone and E-Mail)
  • Co-ordinating with both client and tenant when a job can be scheduled
  • Following up with contractor for a completion status
To be successful:
  • You must have previous background in construction
  • Previous experience in Property Management is highly desirable
  • Good attention to detail and problem solving abilities are essential for this role
  • Base understanding of the construction process and ability to communicate well with site supervisors, suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to work under the demands within the construction Industry
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to schedule and monitor large volume of daily jobs.
  • Fast, detail-oriented learner with a positive "can do" attitude
