Our client is one of the world's leading Freight Forwarding companies. Based in Port Melbourne, they are on the hunt for an experienced Receptionist to join the team on the Day Shift.

The Role
As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will involve:
- Parcel Collection
- Effectively communicating with customers in office, and over the phone
- Processing customer exports
- Administration work
- Dealing with a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Some physical handling of shipments required (light lifting only).
In order to establish your career within this position, you will require the following attributes and attitude:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a Receptionist role
- Ability to thrive and keep up with a fast paced and high pressure environment
- Strong and fluent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computers and comfortable navigating multiple systems (Training for client-specific systems will be provided on the job)
- High attention to detail
- Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to learn new tasks
- Positive personality and attitude
- MUST be able to attend a face to face interview in our Mulgrave office
