We’re seeking a motivated Team Leader to support daily production operations while coordinating onboarding and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

In this position, you will oversee daily production activities while also supporting onboarding, inductions, reporting, and general administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a production team during shift operations
• Conducting inductions and onboarding for new employees
• Managing basic admin tasks and documentation
• Data entry, reporting, and record management using internal systems
• Supporting WHS compliance and site safety standards
• Coordinating with supervisors and ensuring smooth daily workflow
• General team leadership and operational support duties

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a team leader, supervisor, or similar role.
• Ability to multitask between floor leadership and admin duties
• Strong administration and computer skills.
• Confident running inductions or onboarding processes.
• Reliable, organised, and able to lead by example.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities
