Overview:
Trojan Recruitment Group are currently seeking experienced Pipe Welders. These roles are for a Navy Defence maintenance contract in Henderson.
  
About The Role:

• Pipe Welding – Working on Navy Submarines
• Local Henderson Based work
• Day Shift – (06:30-15:30) – pay rate $45.05+pens+allowances
• Afternoon Shift (15:30- 12 midnight) – pay rate $51.81+pens+allowances
• Approx 4/5 months work with possibility of extension
• Weld testing immediately
• ASAP start

  
Skills & Experience:

• Previous Pipe welding experience– Copper Nickle, SMO, Stainless Steel pipe 8mm - 20mm tubing.
• Stick welding experience required.
• Fabrication experience an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Ability to work in tight positions / tanks.
• Previous experience working on navy vessels highly desirable. 

Key Requirements:

• Must be an Australian Citizen – (Australian Passport or Birth certificate or Citizenship Certificate)
• National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
• Confined space licence (within 2 years)
• Australian Recognised Trade Cert
• White Card
• Drivers licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Flexibility to work day or afternoon shift.
