Trade Assistant - Workshop

About The Role:

• Working in a small workshop / manufacturing environment
• TA - assisting pipe fitters, pipe welders and boilermakers.
• Forklift operating
• Grinding
• Prepping steel pipe
• Moving steel to work fronts
• Hourly rate $34 per/hr flat rate
• Casual Ongoing role with opportunity to go permanent after 3 months
• Mon to Friday 10 hours (06:00 to 16:30)

  
Key Requirements:

• Experience in similar role, working in a engineering / manufacturing facility
• High Risk Work Licence – LF.
• Other tickets & licences such as DG, RA, HR licence (desirable)
• Ability to work safely in a fast paced production environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
• Ability to obtain national police clearance
• Current Driver’s License and Reliable transport.
