Mechanical Fitter - Defence

Trojan Recruitment Group are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters. These roles are for a navy defence maintenance contract located in Henderson.

About the Role

• Mechanical maintenance on the Collins Class Navy Submarines. 
• Positions are available with the Water team, Hydraulic team, and Mechanical team. 
• Immediate start
• Ongoing work  
• Local Henderson based work
• $46.96 per/hr + penalties
• 8.5 hour shifts (OT available in line with project demands)
• 9 day fortnight pay cycle

Key Requirements

• Extensive mechanical maintenance experience in industrial environment
• Trade Qualified Fitter
• Current Confined Space Ticket (within 2 years).
• Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months) or willing to apply
• White Card
• Must be an Australian Citizen – (Australian Passport or Birth certificate or Citizenship Certificate)
