Postion: 

• Strive for 100% commitment to achieving the comapnyies core values.
• Target new customers that offer opportunity for growth at a local, state and national level through all services of the business.
• Primary focus on obtaining new opportunities and develop new relationships with potential clients through cold calling by the phone and email.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with new and existing drivers and be team of the branch.
• Ensure targets, policies, and procedures are followed and threats and opportunities are well communicated.
• Maintain relationships with new business acquired and current clients as needed,
• Ensuring high level of service and quality is maintained. This will be achieved by understanding each client’s requirements and through regular contact, follow up and reporting.  
• Aim to solve disputes and client complaints in a timely, confidential, and effective manner with the assistance of senior management as required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with peers, internal staff, and senior management, to efficiently execute strategies and business objectives.
• Ensure effective and respectful communication is maintained. Conduct work in a professional manner at all times
