Industrial Painter Blasters

Overview:
Trojan Recruitment Group have positions available for workshop Painter Blasters on Day & Night Shift. You will be working for a large engineering company based at their state of the art manufacturing facility in Henderson.
  
About The Job:

• Local Workshop Henderson-based work at state of the art paint shed facility
• Immediate start.
• Day & Night Shift available
• Day Shift $38.21per/hr, Night Shift $50.38per/hr flat
• Monday - Friday 10 hours, Saturday 6 hours.
• Work up to 60 hours/week.
• Selecting and preparing paints to required colours by mixing portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying additives.
• Preparing surfaces by removing old paint, filing holes and cracks, smoothing and sealing surfaces.
• Applying paints, using brushes, rollers and sprays.
• Directing spray guns to apply even coatings.
• Cleaning nozzles, containers and hoses of equipment.
• Setup of abrasive blast equipment for operations.
• Grinding, sanding and surfaces of items to be painted.
• Loading paint and mixing paint into spray equipment.

  
Key Requirements:

• Must be reliable and have a good attitude towards your work!
• Must have Heavy Industrial Painting & Blasting Experience.
• Working at Heights (Desirable)
• Airless & Conventional Spray Experience.
• Current Driver’s License and reliable transport.
• Ability to pass a regular DAS.
