General Hand - Lytton - Day or Afternoon Shift

Trojan Recruitment Group is seeking reliable and motivated production workers to join a busy facility in Lytton. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for ongoing work in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment.

What’s on Offer

• Morning Shift: $34.58 per hour + Super (5:00am – 1:00pm)
• Afternoon Shift: $39.62 per hour + Super (1:00pm – 9:00pm)
• Monday to Friday – ongoing shifts
• Immediate start available
• Ongoing work with potential temp-to-perm opportunities
• Work within a supportive team environment

About the Role
You will be working in a production facility where gas cylinders are inspected, refurbished, and refilled.
Key duties include:

• Inspecting and refurbishing gas cylinders
• Cleaning, repainting, and preparing cylinders to look like new
• Assisting with the refilling and handling of cylinders
• Supporting daily production workflow
• Maintaining WHS and safety standards at all times
• General warehouse and labouring duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments is beneficial but not required
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role
• Forklift (LF) licence is a bonus but not essential

Additional Information

• Full on-the-job training provided
• Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment with compressed gas cylinders
• PPE compliance required at all times (safety boots, high-vis clothing, etc.)
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail
