Food Production Packer - Dandenong South

We have a Food Manufacturing client in need of hardworking, reliable individuals who are willing to give 100% each and every day. In return we offer ongoing work from Monday to Friday, with weekend work available!

Our client is searching for experienced Packers to join their teams on their Afternoon and Night shifts, on an on-going basis. If you have experience working as a Packer, and you are interested in working in the Food Industry, this may be the role for you!

There are opportunities across multiple shifts, with the timings as follows: 

Afternoon Shift: 2pm-10pm
Night Shift: 10pm-6am

 Key responsibilities

• Packing product off the production line into bags
• Ensure smooth running of packaging area and plan timely completion of change overs
• Remove finished goods from packaging area
• Machine operation
• Cleaning and light duties required at times
• Assist with General warehouse duties
• Packing of products
• Pallet stacking

Required

• Immediate start
• Must have full Australian working rights 
• Current work history in a Food or an FMCG environment is an advantage
• Must be comfortable working in a warm production environment 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A strong safety focus
• Must hold a current Drivers' Licence and have reliable transport
