Field Service Technician (Domestic Appliances)

About the Role:-

• Troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of domestic appliances including fridges, ovens, gas cook tops, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, etc.
• Managing an average of 7 jobs per day.
• Ensuring equipment is tested and calibrated in accordance with industry standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer service during each job.
• Completing administration on a company issued tablet.
• Provide occasional assistance to other Technicians with larger jobs.

  Skills & Experience:-

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing home appliances or have transferable troubleshooting & repair skills from other industries such as cctv, alarms, electrical.
• Restricted Electrical Licence.
• Gas fitting licence (desirable not essential).
• Refrigerant Handling License (desirable not essential).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be customer focused, adaptable/ flexible, and personable.
