Job description

About the Role
As a Fettler, you will play a key role in the finishing process of manufactured products, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. Your duties will include:
- Removing excess material such as metal burrs and rough edges
- Grinding, sanding, and polishing surfaces
- Cleaning and finishing cast products
- Using hand tools and power tools (e.g. grinders, chisels, sanders)
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience using hand and power tools (essential)
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or similar hands-on environments (highly regarded)
- Experience working with metal
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliability and willingness to work ongoing shifts
- A car and driver's licence is a requirement for this role
