Factory Hands

Trojan Recruitment Group is on the search for multiple Factory Hands based in Geebung for a company that specialises in the manufacturing of windows and doors. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable people to be a part a business that is experiencing growth. The role is ongoing, 8 hours per day and shifts are 6am to 2:30 pm Monday to Thursday with a midday finish on Friday.

The Role

• Assembling windows using power tools 
• Working in a manufacturing environment
• Some heavy lifting may be required
• Working as part of a team.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as an assembler within a manufacturing environment preferred
• Must have hand tools and power tools experience
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• A strong safety focus
• Able to provide a current resume with two recent contactable work references 
• Hold a current driver's licence and have reliable transport
• Able to pass medical, drug and alcohol testing
• Capable of performing heavy, repetitious manual tasks
• Must have laced up steel capped boots.
