Expressions of Interest-Production Worker

Trojan Recruitment Group is seeking expressions of interest from motivated and reliable candidates to join a leading supplier of galvanised steel products. Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for dedicated Production Workers to become part of a high-performing team.

About the Role

• Monday to Friday roster with consistent hours and overtime opportunities
• Day and Afternoon shifts available: 6:00am -2:00pm, 2:00pm- 10:00pm
• Casual hourly rate: $31.19 – $35.87 + penalties + super
• Supportive team environment
• Strong focus on safety and training

Key Responsibilities

• Wiring steel products onto jigs in preparation for galvanising
• General factory and production duties
• Strapping and packing steel for dispatch
• Manual handling and repetitive tasks

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Good physical fitness with no lifting or movement restrictions
• Ability to work safely around machinery and in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
• Strong reliability and commitment to attendance
• Strong safety awareness
• Be able to pass ongoing drug & alcohol screening
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
