Job description

Trojan Recruitment Group are currently seeking experienced Electricians. These roles are for a Navy Defence maintenance contract located in Henderson.

About the Role:
  • Electrical maintenance on the Collins Class Navy Submarines.
  • Work based between Henderson & Garden Island.
  • $66.18 per/hr + penalties!!!
  • 8.5-hour shifts plenty of OT available!
  • 9-day fortnight pay cycle.
  • Project commencing ASAP for up to 6 months with possibility of extension thereafter based on project requirements and performance.
  • Mobilisation process commencing immediately.
Key Requirements:  
  • Previous electrical maintenance experience within defence, marine, mining or industrial maintenance sectors.
  • Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence.
  • LV Rescue Certificate OR willing to complete the course if successful.
  • White Card.
  • Current Confined Space Ticket (within 2 years).
  • Must be an Australian Citizen – (Australian Passport or Birth certificate or Citizenship Certificate).
  • Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months) OR willing to obtain one.
  • Covid-19 Digital Cert. 
  • Ability to pass ‘fit for work’ pre-employment medical including regular D&A screens.
  • Current Driver’s License & reliable transport.
