Job description

Our client is the market leader in water treatment and chemical distribution across Australia . They are looking for a hard working and committed Data entry operator to join their team in East Melbourne .

The Role :

Data Entry
Monthly reporting
Manage the customer order process (end to end)
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
Accurate recording and processing of all orders
Monitor orders and take a proactive approach to resolve any potential problems
Provide outstanding customer service

Requirements

Proactive and eager to learn
Proficient iwth Excel and Power BI (Bonus)
Ability to work as a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Available for part time work (1-2 days a week)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
