Job description

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a leading paper manufacturer located in Box Hill. 

The Role
  • Handling incoming phone enquiries and managing an inbox
  • Processing customer orders and working closely with sales team
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with clients and customers
  • Managing and handling complaints and enquiries
  • Invoicing and billing
Requirements
  • Minimum 3yrs experience in Customer Service in FMCG/wholesale/ distribution
  • Experience in call centre tools/systems
  • SAP experience is a must
  • Clear verbal & written communication
  • Ability to work independently but be part of team
  • Process oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
