The Role
- Handling incoming phone enquiries and managing an inbox
- Processing customer orders and working closely with sales team
- Data entry
- Liaising with clients and customers
- Managing and handling complaints and enquiries
- Invoicing and billing
- Minimum 3yrs experience in Customer Service in FMCG/wholesale/ distribution
- Experience in call centre tools/systems
- SAP experience is a must
- Clear verbal & written communication
- Ability to work independently but be part of team
- Process oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Opportunity to work with a reputable company
