We are currently seeking a Control Tower Analyst for one of our Global specialist in Energy Management & Automation located in Ingleburn.

Applicants that hold a current national police check will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with carrier partners to ensure that deliveries are completed on time and in full
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and carrier partners to ensure transport issues are raised and addressed in real time
• Clearly communicate needs and priorities to internal and external stakeholders regarding at-risk orders (late deliveries)
• Apply root cause analysis to resolve ad-hoc issues relating to transportation queries
• Apply analysis to resolve data inconsistencies across different reports in Transport and Supply Chain Planning (Open Orders, Backorders)
• Review and monitor routing rules which drive transportation to and from clients Electrics plants and international distribution, departures and arrivals, to ensure shipments meet or exceed customer commitments.
• Verify lead time & scheduling recommendations based on current transportation landscape (lead time changes)
• Review and manage shipment quotes from carriers (spot quotes)

Skills and experience

• Standard MS Office – especially MS Excel
• Stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidates with experience in SAP &/or Tableau will be highly regarded
