What do we need from you?

• Be reliable and show respect towards your team and workplace
• Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Be willing to learn and undergo on-the-job training
• Reliable work history (explain any gaps in your resume)
• Physically fit – must pass an intensive medical assessment (includes treadmill)
• Able to work 12-hour rotating roster (7 shifts over 14 days, day and night shifts)
• Willing to undergo Drug & alcohol testing (including random testing)
• High-level Police Check (Explosives Licence required)
• Have a reliable vehicle and a current driver’s licence.

Rotating Roster - what does it look like?

• 7 shifts over 14 days (8am–8pm and 8pm–8am)
• Combination of day and night shifts
• Work every other weekend
• Fixed 28 day roster – no changes 
• 2 x 15-min + 2 x 25-min paid breaks per shift.
• First 2 weeks training 7:30am - 3:30pm

Hourly Rate

• $47.67 per hour (flat rate) + Super paid fortnightly.
