As an Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will involve:
- Perform administrative and customer support duties
- Process and administer daily tasks
- Provide a friendly first point of contact for all customers
- Answer in-coming phone calls and direct where needed
- Respond to emails
- Entry of Sales Orders
- Assist with Account Receivable & Payable
- Responsible for keeping general office & reception clean and tidy
In order to establish your career within this position, you will require the following attributes and attitude:
- At least 1 year experience in an accounts position
- Driver's license and reliable transport
- Excellent computer skills
- Must be a team player
- Thrive under fast pace and high pressure
- Positive personalities and attitude
- Able to work and make decisions under pressure
- Organised with planning skills
- Able to resolve complex problems
