Contributing to
the Community

Trojan is a values-driven organisation and we know that our people's passion to make a difference is not limited to their professional lives.

Trojan believes that as an organisation we have a responsibility to participate in, and make a contribution to, the communities in which we live and work.

All Trojan employees receive Charity Leave, entitling them to a day's paid leave per year to work for a registered charity or appropriate not-for profit organisation.

Variety – The Children’s Charity

Trojan has successfully partnered with Variety Children’s Charity, as a part of our local Corporate Responsibility Program. Variety - the Children’s Charity, is a national not-for-profit organisation committed to empowering Australian children who are sick, disadvantaged or has special needs to live, laugh and learn.

The highlight of every year is the Christmas party where children are treated to an extravaganza of amusement rides, animal farms, stage entertainment, party food and a multitude of activities and presents from Santa. Nationally, many of our employees volunteered their time so as to give back to the community.
